Backstory:

I lived at Premier Apartments on 415 Howard St Evanston, IL 60202 from 2020-2022 and this place used to be great until the management changed from Greystar to Spirit. The place was then "managed" by Ashley Nauracy and their crony lawyer Bonnie Varner.

Issues with 415 Howard St Evanston, IL 60202:

• Unauthorized cars parked in the indoor parking lot with people sleeping in them.

• Latch keyless entry doesn't work most of the time.

• Overflowing trash and rats.

• Mail getting lost or stolen.

• The rent payment system is always down making automatic rent payment impossible.

• People smoking marijuana in the building.

• Trash chute is always blocked.

• Only 2 out of 3 elevators work at a time.

• The air-conditioner at gym never works.

• Homeless people loiter right at the entrance and you have to dodge them while entering or exiting the building.

False Threats of Eviction:

Whenever I’ve raised concerns about building issues, these women have responded by threatening me with eviction. The eviction notice, falsely signed by Bonnie Varner instead of a judge, is completely illegitimate.

Who is Ashley Nauracy/Bussard/Nawracaj?

Ashley Nauracy served as the building manager at Premier Apartments until she was fired for abusing her authority. During her tenure, she bullied and yelled at my wife over not wearing the "correct" mask, while allowing others to ignore mask rules during the pandemic. She frequently asked my wife to leave the gym and even pressured me to write fake positive reviews online. Additionally, she allowed her associates to use my paid, assigned parking space without permission.

Ashley Nauracy has made several attempts to shut down this website—filing multiple lawsuits, providing false information to the court, and even involving law enforcement by sending officers to my home. Despite all this, the website remains operational.

Ashley’s thugs vandalized my assigned parking spot by spraying oil all over it. She then tried to pressure me into renewing my lease by bombarding me with emails. On top of that, she falsely accused me of smoking inside the building.

Ashley Nauracy showed no accountability whatsoever. She arrived at work hours late, took extended breaks, and left early. To top it off, she blamed all her tardiness on "COVID." Must be nice to have a job like that!

Rogers Park vs Evanston:

Premier Apartments at 415 Howard St is situated in the crime-prone Rogers Park neighborhood but uses Evanston zip codes to justify charging high rents. The area near the Howard CTA Red Line stop has been the site of robberies and even homicides.

I am finally able to post this review because I left this place - just as my lawyer suggested.

If you plan to live at Premier Apartments, lawyer up!
